30-night "Unwind or it's free" trial

Use your Alivio pillow for up to 30 nights from the day it is delivered. If it doesn't become part of your evening, email us within those 30 nights and we will refund the full product price.

How to return: email dangthanhlam282007@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before you receive these instructions. Returned items should be complete and in their original packaging.

Return shipping: if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we cover the cost and you do not need to send it back unless we ask. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. 1-year warranty: if your pillow stops working with normal use within 12 months of delivery, email us a short video of the problem and we will send a replacement or refund.
