Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States.

Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery: most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after processing. Your pillow ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves.

Orders containing two pillows may arrive in separate packages. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days or your order is late, email dangthanhlam282007@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it. Lost parcels are reshipped or refunded.
